The program begins with the opening verses of Galatians. The role of the Shiliach – agent or apostle, are discussed. Also the program deals with the modern conception of a church as opposed to the Biblical Kahal – congregation which began at Mount Sinai. Various materials which will be used in the study are introduced with the encouragement to the viewers to expand on what the program presents.
