Roots of Faith 01 Aug 2008 | : ARBA4, ROF Sunday Shul, Roots of Faith
In this week’s lesson, Ross covered the subject of the Way of Life. Beginning in Matthew 7:12-14 as the basis for this class.
He shows that Yeshua laid out “two ways” – one that leads to life and the other that leads to death. He spends the class teaching on the Way of Life.
Reading texts from the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Torah, an ancient Christian document called the Didache, and into the Christian Scriptures, Ross shows a continuity that runs through these texts. The Good way, though represented by a narrow gate and hard road that is difficult to find, can be followed safely to eternal life.
Ross also incorporates the parable of the Good Samaritan in this class
