I begin with the idea of Mussar and Pirke Avot as an avenue to better understand the “Men of the Great Assembly.” I further explicate how the Traditions were passed from teacher to student and the expansion of the Torah by passing from teacher to student. I further explicate upon the Judges and judgments and the way that this was passed into the Oral Torah.
