Program #74 – Genuine Spirituality #17

“The L-RD G-d”

This program looks at the Biblical phrase L-RD G-d.  Why does the text switch from the exclusive term G-d (Elohim) to the combined phrase “L-RD G-d”?  This program looks at this idea as a means to explain the nature of man and the Torah. Shaul suggests that the Torah kills (the letter kills) in his letter to the Corinthians.  Why does he say this? Is theis a negative statement towards the Torah or does it explain is some way of controling our yetzer hara?
