- Can I put the programs on my/another web site?
NO! All material is strictly copyrighted. All material must be accessed directly from the ARBA4.com web site. Anything else is a violation of our legal terms, and therefore a violation of the Torah!
- What are your “legal terms” ?
All material is strictly copyrighted. You may not distribute, copy, share, exhibit, cache, indirectly link to, sell or do anything with ANY of the material on the web site in any way, shape or form without our express written and signed permission. No electronic document is valid.
- What does all that mean?
It means that you can watch the shows from the ARBA4.com website on your computer. If you want to, you can even download the shows to watch on your video iPod. We want you to watch the shows. You just can’t share, duplicate, distribute or exhibit the programs in any other way. We reserve those rights.
- What does “indirectly link to” mean?
You can not link directly to any media content on our servers, or make it appear as if it is something you are serving, or surrounding it with your comments, web pages, URL or any other context that may benefit your web site, or not include the full ARBA4.com web site context. This includes framing our web site or media under a different URL. All links must reference the ARBA4.com web site, and should never directly link to the media files, or any other content we author or provide.
