Tracy Phillip Osborne, BA in Biblical Theology from International Seminary in Plymouth, Florida, 1999; Intensive Study since 2000 in Hebrew Roots & Judaism. He has been ministering in various settings, as a teacher and a psalmist, since 1978 when he surrendered his life to The Almighty. He was first publicly ordained as a Minister in 1981. He has been transformed by numerous experiences with HaShem, and this has led to his dedication to the restoration of all Israel.
